Created by a sports physiotherapist passionate about kiteboarding, it helps you to: Wake up the right muscles (core, hips, shoulders), Avoid unnecessary soreness, Better handle the efforts from your first sessions. In just 10 to 15 minutes, 3 times a week, you'll prepare your body for the specific demands of kiteboarding. No equipment needed, just a mat, some space... and the desire to ride harder, longer.
